Call of duty 4 or COD MW is one the game from famous COD series of first person shooting games. Modern Warfare firstly appeared in the market in around 2007 and proved to a great success for the publishers as the game was gone viral insanely all owing to its game play and graphics. Call Of Duty 4 was developed by Infinity Ward under Activision for a variety of gaming consoles including Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X too. Call Of Duty Modern Warfare was the first game that marked the importance of future weapons and machinery in the shooting games, as it was the first time that any game had implemented futuristic theoretical design. There are very new machinery and weapons introduced that made it a way more different than that of other games like IGI or CS.

Storyline:

Call of Duty 4 is set in 2011 when a civil war has been broke out in the Russia. This war is between Russia and an ultranationalist group of Russia. This ultranationalist group calls themselves the saviour and are working towards the betterment of the Russia. Although, their thoughts more or less resembles to that of terrorist as they are being involved in every illegal activity happening in the Russia. The Russian government is unable to control the ultranationalist as so the government loses control over one of the major city of the Europe. This incident was quite big and opened the eyes of the government, pleading them to take action against the ultranationalist.

Russian government is now all set to take help from the US government for some military actions. It is here when the main game play starts, you along with your squad which are sent by the US government to take down the ultranationalist by knocking out their leaders. It is quite a new concept that here you will be playing as 6 different characters instead of a single character. The main character although remains to be British SAS Sergeant John Soap MacTavish, as for most of the time you will be playing as this character.

The primary antagonist of the game is Imran Zakhaev; however, you will not know him from the very starting. Initially you will be introduced to Al-Asad who runs a small separatist group in Russia and is considered as the leader of the ultranationalist by the Russian government. As you will proceed further, many new facts will be unfolded, consequently carving your way to Imran Zakhaev. You will need to knock him out to keep up the integrity of the world and to save several lives.
