IGI 3: The plan is the latest addition in the IGI series. The whole gaming series had been performing exceptionally well throughout its launch and so is the case with IGI 3. It was developed by InnerLoop studios and published under Codemasters. The game is a first person perspective game with hard core action, and if you like games like counter strike and call of duty, you will love this one too. There are two prequels to this game IGI 1: I’m Going In and IGI 2: Covert Strike. Both of these had similar gameplay and alike storylines too.

What’s New!

There are plenty of things that you might find new in this instalment of the game. Starting from the gameplay, a new mode of play that is multiplayer mode is introduced in the game. This is quite similar to counter strike and call of duty’s multiplayer mode. Here, you would be allowed to join game over internet, also you will be allowed to create game yourself and invite others to play. You will play in teams and you can choose either protagonist or the antagonist side as per your wish. Remaining players can choose on whose side they want to be and the mode creator cannot interfere in the process.

Weaponry has also been updated in this instalment of the game, although it cannot compete with the futuristic weapons that you might have seen in call of duty. Most of the weapons are real which are modelled after the arms present in the real world, and this gives users a more realistic experience on the game. The extra element such as machines and vehicles do not seem to have upgraded, moreover you will hardly find any of such elements while playing. Graphics have been enhanced in the game and made quite real too. Previous versions of the game doesn’t had relatable graphics quality as per the game, in IGI 3 this has been quite good keeping in view the graphics of competitor games line call of duty series.

Talking about the story line of the game, it is made in continuity with the previous version of the game. In IGI 2, the main protagonist was David Jones; the same will be here. David Jones is a former SAS in the British military and an agent famous for taking special operations. The prequel was about a robbery of some EMP chips which were a part of the control machinery used in a space based super weapon. The same was acquired by a Chinese general, which at the end David Jones was successful in restoring back to its initial state and thus save the world. IGI 3 also centres on some nuclear super weapon which needs to bring back to the British authorities.
